Deep Green Pure Katan Silk Handloom Saree with Contrast Border
Product Description
Fabric & Body: Handloom Pure Soft Katan Silk Saree is woven in a rich Deep green shade with a soft, smooth texture and an elegant natural sheen. It is adorned with evenly spaced deer motifs, delicately woven in a contrasting light tone, giving the saree a charming and graceful look.
Border: The saree features a striking contrast border in a deep red tone that beautifully complements the rich green body. The border is adorned with intricately woven deer motifs, shown in graceful, flowing movements that add a sense of storytelling and artistry to the design. Woven in a lighter contrasting shade, these motifs stand out clearly against the border, creating a bold yet refined visual impact.
Pallu: The pallu features a rich contrast layout that instantly draws attention. The centre is woven with an all-over gold zari jaal pattern, adding a soft shine and a classic Banarasi feel. On both sides of the pallu, a deep red panel showcases beautifully detailed deer motifs, creating a sense of movement and storytelling.
Blouse: The blouse fabric comes in a rich red tone that complements the saree beautifully. It is detailed with fine vertical woven patterns that add subtle texture and elegance to the base. The lower portion features a striking deer motif in a lighter contrasting shade, adding a unique design element that can be highlighted in the blouse styling.
Reverse Weave: Handloom weave with pure tested zari.
Our Delivery & Exchange Guide
At Hikayat Banaras, many of our textiles are handcrafted and carefully curated. Because of the nature of such pieces, returns are generally not possible.
However, in the rare case that you receive a wrong or damaged product, our team will be happy to assist you.
• The concern must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
• A full, uncut unboxing video showing the sealed parcel and product is required
• Approved cases are resolved through exchange or a store credit note
Please note that cancellations are not possible once an order is placed, including for ready-to-ship and made-to-order items.
As these are handcrafted textiles, slight colour variations and minor weaving irregularities may occur, which are natural characteristics of handloom fabrics.
By default, tassels are added to the dupatta for a finished look.
If you prefer the dupatta without tassels, please inform us on the provided WhatsApp number while placing your order.

Please note, Each saree is handwoven, which means it comes with its own little quirks—making every piece truly one of a kind.
And just like photos never look the same on every phone, colors may appear slightly different on screen than in real life.
