📦 Order Processing Time

Ready-to-Ship Products: Dispatched within 5–6 business days after full payment is received.

Made-to-Order Products: Dispatch timelines vary between 7–30 days, depending on the product. Specific timelines are shared individually at the time of order.
Please Note: Our made-to-order pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans. While we always aim to meet the promised timelines, a slight delay may occasionally occur due to the nature of handloom weaving. We appreciate your patience and understanding—quality craftsmanship takes time.
We do not always send dispatch notifications by default. Customers may request updates if needed.
🚚 Domestic Shipping (India)

Delivery Timeline: 5–8 working days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping Charges: ₹100 per kg (non-refundable).

Courier Partners: Blue Dart, DTDC, and Shree Maruti Courier.

Courier Preference: We do not offer courier selection; shipping is done through our trusted partners.

Remote Locations: We deliver across India, including remote and rural areas.

Express Shipping: Available only on special request and may incur additional charges.
🌍 International Shipping

Delivery Countries: We ship worldwide, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore, and others.

Delivery Timeline: 7–12 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Charges: Vary based on location and weight. The final cost is shared during the order process.

Courier Partners: Blue Dart, DTDC (via DHL for international shipments).

Tracking: Provided for all international shipments.

Duties & Taxes: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the product or shipping prices.

Free Shipping: Not applicable for international orders.
🔄 Order Refusal, Delays & Responsibility

Delayed Deliveries: If your parcel is delayed, it is the courier partner’s responsibility. However, the safety and security of the product is ensured by us.

Refused or Undelivered Parcels: If a customer refuses delivery or the address is incorrect, the order will be cancelled only if the parcel is returned to us in perfect condition. Refund will be issued after product inspection, and delivery charges will be deducted from the refund.
