1. Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are:
Damaged during transit
Defective or incorrect item delivered
Not as described on our website/app
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (via Razorpay/UPI/bank).
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Gift cards or vouchers
Items purchased under clearance/sale

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the mentioned period, first check your bank account/UPI app.
Then contact your payment provider (Razorpay/Bank/UPI).
