Product Description

Fabric & Body: Handloom Pure Soft Katan Silk saree woven in a soft olive- green tone that carries a beautiful natural sheen, changing gently with movement and light. The fabric feels smooth and airy, allowing the saree to drape effortlessly and fall gracefully on the body. Scattered across the surface are small, finely woven gold zari motifs, placed evenly to create a sense of rhythm and balance. These minimal motifs add quiet richness without overwhelming the base colour, keeping the look elegant and refined.

Border: The saree features a rich contrast border in a warm red tone that beautifully highlights the soft olive-green body. The border is adorned with intricately woven bird motifs paired with detailed floral elements, creating a graceful and artistic composition. The fine zari work adds a subtle shimmer, bringing depth and character to the design without overpowering the saree.

Pallu: The pallu is richly woven in a deep red base, creating a striking contrast against the soft olive- green body of the saree. It features an elaborate all-over zari jaal filled with floral vines, paisley-inspired curves, and traditional motifs, giving the pallu a dense and luxurious appearance. The fine zari work reflects light beautifully, adding depth and richness without appearing overpowering.

Blouse: The blouse fabric comes in a rich, deep red tone that beautifully complements the saree’s overall palette. It features fine vertical zari lines running across the fabric, adding subtle texture and a soft sheen while keeping the look refined and elegant.

Reverse Weave: Handloom weave with pure tested zari.

Our Delivery & Exchange Guide

At Hikayat Banaras, many of our textiles are handcrafted and carefully curated. Because of the nature of such pieces, returns are generally not possible.

However, in the rare case that you receive a wrong or damaged product, our team will be happy to assist you.

• The concern must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery

• A full, uncut unboxing video showing the sealed parcel and product is required

• Approved cases are resolved through exchange or a store credit note

Please note that cancellations are not possible once an order is placed, including for ready-to-ship and made-to-order items.

As these are handcrafted textiles, slight colour variations and minor weaving irregularities may occur, which are natural characteristics of handloom fabrics.

By default, tassels are added to the dupatta for a finished look.
If you prefer the dupatta without tassels, please inform us on the provided WhatsApp number while placing your order.

Disclaimer & Measurements

Please note, Each saree is handwoven, which means it comes with its own little quirks—making every piece truly one of a kind.

And just like photos never look the same on every phone, colors may appear slightly different on screen than in real life.

These aren’t flaws, but the charm of handloom. For absolute clarity, feel free to reach out for a video call.
