Our Delivery & Exchange Guide
At Hikayat Banaras, many of our textiles are handcrafted and carefully curated. Because of the nature of such pieces, returns are generally not possible.
However, in the rare case that you receive a wrong or damaged product, our team will be happy to assist you.
• The concern must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
• A full, uncut unboxing video showing the sealed parcel and product is required
• Approved cases are resolved through exchange or a store credit note
Please note that cancellations are not possible once an order is placed, including for ready-to-ship and made-to-order items.
As these are handcrafted textiles, slight colour variations and minor weaving irregularities may occur, which are natural characteristics of handloom fabrics.
By default, tassels are added to the dupatta for a finished look.
If you prefer the dupatta without tassels, please inform us on the provided WhatsApp number while placing your order.
For complete details, please scroll to the footer and read our full Return & Cancellation Policy.
Disclaimer & Measurements
Please note, Each saree is handwoven, which means it comes with its own little quirks—making every piece truly one of a kind.
And just like photos never look the same on every phone, colors may appear slightly different on screen than in real life.
These aren’t flaws, but the charm of handloom. For absolute clarity, feel free to reach out for a video call.
