Handwoven Bandhej Khaddi Georgette Saree
Product Description
Fabric & Body: The Pure Bandhej Khaddi Georgette Saree features a rich purple base adorned with an all-over floral lattice jaal. Each panel is woven with intricate golden zari and highlighted with colourful flowers in shades of red, orange, and green. The pattern repeats beautifully across the fabric, giving it a luxurious, royal look.

Border: The border features a rich floral zari weave with vibrant accents of orange, pink, and green. The flowers sit beautifully over a golden zari base, giving the edge a bright and festive appeal. Below it, a traditional leaf-pattern line adds a classic Banarasi touch. The colours stand out gracefully against the purple fabric, making the border look detailed and luxurious without being heavy.

Pallu: The pallu features a beautifully detailed floral pattern arranged in paisley-style motifs, woven in rich golden zari with vibrant shades of pink, orange, and green. Set against a deep purple base with tiny buti highlights, it creates a striking and festive look. The pallu is finished with a beautifully coordinated floral border, adding fullness and grace to the drape.

Blouse: The blouse comes in a matching purple shade with small rai bandhej scattered across the fabric, keeping the look subtle and elegant. It is finished with a beautiful zari floral border that matches the saree perfectly, giving the blouse a rich and coordinated look.
Reverse Weave: Handloom weave with pure tested zari.
Our Delivery & Exchange Guide
At Hikayat Banaras, many of our textiles are handcrafted and carefully curated. Because of the nature of such pieces, returns are generally not possible.
However, in the rare case that you receive a wrong or damaged product, our team will be happy to assist you.
• The concern must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
• A full, uncut unboxing video showing the sealed parcel and product is required
• Approved cases are resolved through exchange or a store credit note
Please note that cancellations are not possible once an order is placed, including for ready-to-ship and made-to-order items.
As these are handcrafted textiles, slight colour variations and minor weaving irregularities may occur, which are natural characteristics of handloom fabrics.
By default, tassels are added to the dupatta for a finished look.
If you prefer the dupatta without tassels, please inform us on the provided WhatsApp number while placing your order.

Disclaimer & Measurements
Please note, Each saree is handwoven, which means it comes with its own little quirks—making every piece truly one of a kind.
And just like photos never look the same on every phone, colors may appear slightly different on screen than in real life.
These aren’t flaws, but the charm of handloom. For absolute clarity, feel free to reach out for a video call.
