Mint Banarasi Chiniya Silk Saree – Border Buta Motif
Product Description
A cool, lustrous mint that catches the light like morning dew on silk — this Chiniya silk saree is pure Varanasi charm in a contemporary shade.
Chiniya silk is fine, smooth, and slightly satin-like to the touch. It drapes with ease and carries zari work with a quiet elegance. This piece is woven in a Fekwa weave on powerloom, keeping the price honest while retaining the distinct Banarasi character.
The saree features delicate border buta motifs in silver zari, with elegant circular patterns and multi-pattern zari detailing across the body. The effect is minimal yet rich — the kind of saree that gets quiet compliments all evening.
Lightweight and easy to drape, it moves with you rather than weighing you down. Ideal for dinner parties, festive gatherings, cocktail evenings, and religious occasions.
Comes with a matching border buta striped blouse piece. Dry clean recommended.
Woven in Varanasi. Part of Poddar Saree Industries’ legacy since 1969.

Our Delivery & Exchange Guide
At Hikayat Banaras, many of our textiles are handcrafted and carefully curated. Because of the nature of such pieces, returns are generally not possible.
However, in the rare case that you receive a wrong or damaged product, our team will be happy to assist you.
• The concern must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
• A full, uncut unboxing video showing the sealed parcel and product is required
• Approved cases are resolved through exchange or a store credit note
Please note that cancellations are not possible once an order is placed, including for ready-to-ship and made-to-order items.
As these are handcrafted textiles, slight colour variations and minor weaving irregularities may occur, which are natural characteristics of handloom fabrics.
By default, tassels are added to the dupatta for a finished look.
If you prefer the dupatta without tassels, please inform us on the provided WhatsApp number while placing your order.
