Gold Mustard Pure Katan Silk Handloom Saree with Graceful Sitting Women showing Calm in Border
Product Description
Fabric & Body: Handloom Pure Katan Silk Saree features a rich golden mustard base with a soft, smooth finish. Subtle tonal shading across the fabric adds depth and a gentle sheen, giving the saree a graceful, luxurious look. Lightweight and fluid, the plain body keeps the focus on the fabric’s natural shine and makes it easy to drape for both festive and special occasions.
Border: The border features a detailed Banarasi weave with a beautiful storytelling design. It features a graceful woman seated by a flowing river, shown in a calm, thoughtful pose, with trees and small village elements around her. In the background, a traditional train motif runs through the scene, adding a nostalgic, old-world charm. The flowing water, trees, and figure together create a peaceful rural story, beautifully framed with delicate geometric patterns on the top and bottom. This detailed border adds character, heritage, and visual richness to the saree. Finished with fine geometric patterns and a rich contrast tone, the border adds depth and character, making the saree stand out with classic Banarasi elegance.
Pallu: The pallu is richly woven in a deep maroon base with intricate Banarasi detailing. It features beautifully crafted storytelling motifs arranged in neat panels, highlighted with fine zari work that adds depth and character. The detailed weave and contrasting colour make the pallu the highlight of the saree, giving it a regal and traditional finish.
Blouse: The saree comes with a matching plain maroon blouse piece finished with a coordinated gold zari border. The clean, minimal base allows you to experiment with different blouse styles while keeping the look elegant and traditional.
Reverse Weave: Handloom weave with pure tested zari.
Our Delivery & Exchange Guide
At Hikayat Banaras, many of our textiles are handcrafted and carefully curated. Because of the nature of such pieces, returns are generally not possible.
However, in the rare case that you receive a wrong or damaged product, our team will be happy to assist you.
• The concern must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
• A full, uncut unboxing video showing the sealed parcel and product is required
• Approved cases are resolved through exchange or a store credit note
Please note that cancellations are not possible once an order is placed, including for ready-to-ship and made-to-order items.
As these are handcrafted textiles, slight colour variations and minor weaving irregularities may occur, which are natural characteristics of handloom fabrics.
By default, tassels are added to the dupatta for a finished look.
If you prefer the dupatta without tassels, please inform us on the provided WhatsApp number while placing your order.
