Thank you for choosing our handcrafted pieces!
Dispatch Time: 15-25 days
Every item you order is made especially for youāwoven, embroidered, and finished by skilled artisans with the utmost care. Unlike mass-produced products, handloom requires time, precision, and attention to detail, which is why our timelines are longer.
Shipping:
- All products are made-to-order.
- Dispatch time is usually 15ā25 business days, and in some cases, it may take longer depending on the intricacy of the piece.
- You will receive updates and a dispatch notification directly on WhatsApp once your order is ready to ship.
Returns:
We accept returns only in the rare case of damages. Each piece goes through strict quality checks, making this very unlikely. To process a return, please share a full unpacking video with our customer care team (+91 7307859235) if you receive a damaged product.
A note on timelines:
Our artisans work by hand, not machines. Every motif, weave, and detail takes time to bring alive. While we always strive to ship within the promised window, occasional delays may happen due to the nature of handloom weaving. These delays are part of creating genuine craftsmanship and are not eligible for refunds or compensation.
We deeply value your patience and understandingābecause timeless art cannot be rushed.

Little Note on Colors and Freshness:
Hey there, wonderful shopper! šø
Just like your favorite selfies sometimes show colors a tad differently, our product colors might also vary a smidge from what you see on your screen. It's all part of the charm!
We also want to let you in on a little secret: our product photography often features raw, unfinished items. This is because we love to send you freshly finished products, crafted just for you! Most of our goodies are handmade and made to order, so you might notice tiny, delightful variations that make your piece unique.
Thanks for understanding and happy shopping!
